Newgen Real Estate Development Inc. moved its office from the Abbotsford office
to a new location in Coquitlam. The new address is Unit B - 901 Lougheed Hwy,
Coquitlam, BC V3K 3T3.

Newgen contracted a land (837 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC, Canada) for developing a commercial building. Newgen will be project managing approximately 42,000 s.f. four storey stratafied commercial building.

On April 16, 2011, Ridge Resort will have a ground breaking
ceremony at Harrison Highlands. The construction should be
