Newgen Real Estate Development Inc. signed a 99 year land lease agreement for a condo development with SFU Trust. The condo development will try to incorporate as much affordable energy saving technologies as possible. The target timing to presell condo is the fall of 2010.

Soon Kim is nominated to be a director for Transglobe Internet and Telecom Co., Ltd.
