Newgen McCallum Limited Partnership successfully obtained full occupancy permit for South building of Newgen Professional Centre on McCallum Road, Abbotsford, BC, Canada. The three storey 30,000 s.f. building is 70% leased to a federal government agency. The new building utilizes geothermal energy to conserve energy.
