Newgen Management Inc. (NMI) completed the successful conversion of the Future Inns Dartmouth to the Days Inn Dartmouth. Further upgrades will continue to the property over the next 2 years, under the management of NMI.

Newgen Halifax Properties GP (NHPGP) completed the purchase of the Canadian Pacific Building at 1541 Barrington Street, in downtown Halifax. The CP Building contains a mix of both commercial and residential space and is 2 blocks away from Halifax's famous Spring Garden Road.

On May 5, 2007, Newgen Real Estate Development Inc. successfully sold off 180 units of high rise condominium in Central Surrey.

March, 2007

Newgen Whalley Properties Inc. completed d ' Cor 68 unit condominium in Central Surrey .
The building is the second building in d ' Cor development and is 100% sold out.  Newgen is planning to launch d ' Corize ( www.dcorize.ca ) 180 unit high rise condominium development
in April, 2007.

Newgen Management Inc. successfully facilitated acquisition and management of Future Inn Dartmouth, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The property will undergo a conversion to Days Inn Dartmouth in the next couple months.
