On November 30, 2007, Newgen McCallum Limited Partnership has successfully obtained an occupancy permit for 61 unit, Tempo condominium in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. This is a third building to be completed in the last twelve months by Newgen Real Estate Development Inc.

Newgen Central Properties Inc. has successfully executed a joint venture with Surrey Land Development Corporation to develop a mixed used development in Central Surrey, British Columbia. The expected preselling of the first phase is the summer of 2008. The total buildable space is approximately 250,000 square feet. The project management company is Newgen Real Estate Development Inc.

On October 26, 2007, d'Cor Development Inc. has successfully obtained a $33,200,000 construction financing from Canadian Western Bank and Royal Bank. The loan is obtained to finance construction of 180 unit 22 storey condominium www.dcorize.ca .
August, 2007
August, 2007. Newgen McCallum Limited Partnership has successfully signed a lease agreement for about 20,000 s.f. of Newgen Professional Center with a Federal Government Agency. The agency will be occupying 2nd and 3rd floors of the new building under construction along McCallum Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia. The expected completion date is April, 2008.
