Newgen Real Estate Development Inc. signed a memorandum of understand with Daeju Construction Corporation of South Korea to jointly develop 180 unit 22 storey high rise in the Central City area. The construction is scheduled to start in the spring of 2007 and completed by the summer of 2009. Daeju Construction is a part of a major group of corporations that ranks in top 50 in South Korea.
