For Mount Woodside Project (www.mountwoodside.ca), the District of Kent Council gave
third reading to Bylaw 1279 - The District of Kent Zoning Bylaw 1219, Amendment Bylaw No. 1279, 2003 at the regular meeting of council on May 10, 2004 . This approval now enables
the development of 400 unit mixed use resort living residential development on 90 acre property owned by Newgen Harrison Development Inc.

Newgen Harrison Development Inc. has successfully received the second reading for
rezoning 400 units of multi use purposes on 90 acre property on Mount Woodside
( www.mountwoodside.ca ) near Harrison Mills, British Columbia , Canada .
