On December 18, 2003 , Newgen Harrison Development Inc. obtained the first reading on comprehensive development application on 90 acre property with the District of Kent.
According to the application, Newgen Harrison Development Inc. is able to build up to 400 units of mixed use properties including single, duplex, townhome and commercial complex.

October, 2003

On October 14, 2003 , Newgen Whalley Properties Inc. acquired a property in North Whalley (10433 134 Street, Surrey , BC ) to develop three apartment complex. The first phase construction is expected start between April and June, 2004. Newgen Whalley Properties Inc. is wholely owned by Newgen Real Estate Development Inc.
